  • Pastor Sean Stevenson | Senior Pastor

    Sean & Lydia Stevenson have been married for 31 years. Sean was born and raised in New Mexico, Lydia in Arkansas. Sean was saved and baptized at the age of 16. Sean and Lydia met at a Christian summer camp during college and were married a year and a half later. They have three grown children. Sean is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Lydia is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR. During seminary, Sean and Lydia were involved in three church planting efforts. After graduating from seminary, Sean and Lydia were commissioned by the North American Mission Board, in the Church Planter Apprentice program to start a church in Ohio. In 2002, Sean and Lydia were commissioned as missionaries by International Mission Board and served for 8 years as missionaries in the country of Poland. The Stevenson Family moved to Bozeman, Montana in March of 2011 to start Crossroads Church. In February 2018 Pastor Sean accepted the calling to pastor Elmwood Park Community Church and moved into Elmwood Park in June 2018 and to start his new calling as our pastor. Sean loves to hike, play guitar and cook; Lydia loves to help people, especially struggling learners.  Together, they love to travel. Sean and Lydia are passionate about seeing people grow and mature in their faith and seeing healthy churches serve the Lord in their communities.
